Nutro Natural Choice® Dry Food for Dogs

The Natural Choice® line of pet food started as primarily a lamb-based diet, however over the years has expanded to include a variety of formulas that contain chicken. If your pet is restricted to a diet of lamb only, be sure to read the labels carefully as not all of the foods below would be appropriate. Several of Nutro’s Natural Choice products are regularly available at Green Acres in 15 lb, 20 lb,30 lb and 40 lb bags (bag size varies depending on the formula it contains). If there is a Nutro product you need and that we do not have in stock, let us know and we would be happy to order it especially for you.

Nutro MAX® Dry Food for Dogs

Nutro’s MAX line of pet foods has more of a chicken base in the ingredient list. This line is similar to the Natural Choice line, the major difference being that it makes use of wheat products. There is one MAX formula for dogs that is regularly available at Green Acres Kennel Shop. It is ideal for smaller dogs and comes in a 5 lb bag.

Nutro MAX® Dry Food for Cats

A popular cat food, Nutro’s MAX CAT Adult formula is available in a 6 lb bag.

Nutro Treats

Nutro also has several varieties of biscuits and treats available. Crunchy biscuits include Chops, Mini Bones, and Tarter Control. The biscuits come in a medium box (~23 oz) and a larger box (~60 oz). For a softer, “jerky-type” treat, Nutro offers three types: Lamb & Rice Sticks, Chicken & Rice Sticks, and Training BiJuly 2, 2008ore
